In 1917, Late Shri Rai Bahadur Lala Shambu Dayal ji had laid the foundation of this college?s trust by giving his all property for the social cause of development and to spread education in young up coming generation of Ghaziabad district. This college was started as Shambu Dayal High School in 1945. the college got intermediate affiliation.In the way of success, this college recognized as degree college by Agra university by in 1962 and very soon recognized as post graduate college in 1965.In 1993 college started new Department Of Commerce. In the College, Department of Art started in self employed scheme in 2003-2005,under this scheme hundred student of B.Ed. are studying. In the college, eight subjects in B.A., seven subjects in M.A., B.Com. under the Department Of Commerce ,B.Ed. under the Department of Arts and Research And Development work for Ph.D. in the department of art are working well.
