Sri Ramakrishna Educational Society was founded in 1984 under the able chairmanship of a visionary and educationist Dr. G Ramakrishna Reddy. The Society started Sri Ramakrishna Degree College in the same year at Nandyal, in Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh. The college is known for its academic excellence.
