Srinivas Reddy Institute of Technology (SRIT), established in the year 2001 is an outcome of philanthropic and professional group of management and enthusiastic peasants under the sponsorship of Balaji Education Society, Armoor. The Institute is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. The college is located at Munipally, near Ankapur, a model village in agriculture, on National Highway (NH-16), at a distance of 165 kms from Hyderabad, 15 kms from Nizamabad, and 5 kms from Armoor. The college building is erected in 25-acre land, which has a facility to cater even 1000 students along with spacious playgrounds.
