About College
SMCET is located at about on 40 km from Jaipur on State Highway No. 12 on Jaipur-Phagi-Malpura, and is easily accessible. The college has a sprawling complex spread over an area of 110 acres, with lush green surrounding, play fields, lake and lawns in the background of majestic college buildings. It has acquired a status of self-contained mini educational township. The main aim of developing SMCET in a rural campus is to develop full-fledged High-tech Global Level Institute with the round the clock internet facility through own VSAT and access to National and International Technical Institute's Library through DELNET.
The college has open air theatre, Amphi theatre, vast play grounds for games and sports, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Horse Riding and Boating in the mini lake. The life in the campus is very lively and charming. The area is all round being developed as green garden. In the remote area guest house, shopping complex and other facilities have been developed.
