About College
The Tom Patrick Institute of Computer & Information Technology was founded in 1999 under the aegis of the Late Dr Rafiq Zakaria, Chairman of the Maulana Azad Educational Trust, a scholar, politician, educationist and author of international repute. The Architect of modern Aurangabad, Dr Zakaria established the Government Medical College and Hospital, brought water to the city with the Jayakwadi Project and founded the Industrial area in Aurangabad. The Institute was set up in recognition of the need for students of the region to keep up with the emerging new horizons in this era of computerization and information technology. Since its inception, the Institute has been committed to imparting quality education and professional skills in the information technology sector.
