TriumphSys was born in 1998. Indian IT industry (both IT user organizations and IT industry) was booming since early nineties and the more significant challenges were in the area of human resources. While organizations are hungry to hire as many as qualified professionals as they can, there is an obligation on management to align resources to customer needs, manage costs and provide a career path to employees.
TriumphSys identified two key values to which it committed itself. Scalability and Productivity. If an organization could deliver scalability to its customers to support them thru the resource peaks-and-troughs of their project life cycles and assist them in increasing the productivity of their technical staff (that promoted employee retention and career-growth and also enabled moving up the value chain in your markets), it could have an opportunity to build a sustainable business that could grow over the long term. TriumphSys saw early success with this philosophy that only redoubled its commitment to these values. Today, TriumphSys is a 350+ people organization growing at 100% every year and we are confident of maintaining the momentum at least for the medium term.
