eSpark has completed two years of successful operation. We have not only survived the
severe economic downturn , specially for IT Industry, but also registered an
astounding growth, which we are continuing. Our team size has grown from 3 in
2000, to 45 people today. We have one of the best employee practices in the
industry. We recorded a 10 fold turnover increase from 5 Lacs to 52 lacs in
2001, and we are well on our way to reach One Crore plus in year 2003.
