Bio-Tech Research Associate/Scientist work is Synthesis, purification and structural elucidation of organic compounds in milligram to gram scale. Proper handling of laboratory equipments, storage and waste disposal. Literature search and designing the synthetic schemes of the organic compounds of interest. Adherence to safety, GMP and GLP norms in the lab. Regular LNB writing and proper documentation. Team building & to maintain the best inter - personal relations in the organization.
