Developing commercially viable new and existing products useful in Fragrance, Flavour, Bulk drugs and other organic chemical industries.
Designing, planning and implementing key experiments: influence the efforts of other technical professionals
Developing environment friendly and safe procedures for the synthesis molecules
Process up gradation of existing products .
Process scale-up & technology transfer to the manufacturing scale in co-ordination with Process Engineering & Development team.
Setting-up analytical Instruments and standards for the raw materials, intermediates & finished products in co-ordination with QA & QC team.
Set up Systems, Documentation and Hygiene conditions of a world class Lab.
Develop processes to make synthetic chemicals by Natural processes.
Developing sub-ordinates for greater responsibilities
