CIO work is
Helping to acquire, introduce, train, manage, lead, and inspire the human assets required
�Helping the corporation understand and implement the culture, processes, and daily work activities required to execute the India leveraging strategy
�Make sure IT requirements for applications, information, and IT infrastructure for our growing India business are understood and acted upon
�Will be responsible for defining Indian IT requirements, processes and metrics; working global integration; serving as an IT ambassador in India; and providing leadership locally on all IT issues
�Assist the CIO in delivering the India opportunity, this position will function as the senior IT leader on the ground in India to plan, execute, manage and facilitate the program around the world.
