The Planning Engineer reports to the Head of Planning & Budgeting and is responsible for update the planning of projects. His main responsibility is to initiate, manage and carry out planning activities and derive optimum development plans for all projects. He/she is also to ensure effective input into ongoing projects through design reviews and plan reviews. In conducting his / her work, the planning engineer has to work closely and coordinate with all parties, inside and outside OWSC that might be affected by the project.
