1. Team leader and team builder for one circle civil implementation and delivery within schedule, quality and cost requirement; directing cluster leader and civil electrical engineer to proceed the work;
2. Prepare Circle rollout Plan / Site RFI plan with the help of all TLS and RPM.
3. Prepare material delivery plan as per the target decided by the customer and Handed over to logistic and day to day follow up for the same with logistic team and HQ.
4. coordiator and intersection with other function model and corresponding customer& subcontractor.
5. Conduct review meeting with TSP/SUB CONS.
6. Record and issue variation order to cluster leader;
7. Billing approved;
8. submit weekly report;
9. Flying check the sites and submit the report to the HQ;
10. Follow-up with all cluster leads for day to day output and conduct review meeting with the cluster lead.
11. Resolve all issue related with site, Sub con and cluster leads as well site engineer with help of RPM.
12. Follow up with the Design department to expedite soil test report and site designs.
13. Analysis of bottle neck of the project and escalate all issue to the PMO which effect the project delivery.
14. Report to RPM.
15. Coordinate with HQ civil implementation manager;
16. Will be responsible for performance appraisal for cluster lead & site engineer�s.
