EA to Chairman/President/VP work is The Managing Trustee is the Chief Functionary of the Foundation and all officers of the Trust are appointed by him. The Executive Assistant is an important management position that provides an exciting carrier opportunity and learning organizational management from the top. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing complete administrative cover to the Managing Trustee and supports him to implement management procedures and systems for efficient and consistent performance of the Trust. Responsibilities will include preparatory work for meetings and decision making, monitoring senior management on delegated responsibilities and tasks, providing back-up office support, scheduling appointments and making meeting arrangements, preparing travel plans and corresponding on behalf of the Managing Trustee.
