Formulation Scientist work is
Product Development of new formulations, pre-formulation studies, lab scale trials, packaging material, compatibility studies, evaluation of APIs and vender evaluation and validation.
Preperation of stability studies protocol and carry out stability studies.
Improvement and trouble shooting of existing formulations.
Provide data and information required for registration of drugs.
Documentation of all R&D activities as per GMP and GLP and maintenance of records.
Execution of pilot and scale up batches.
Imparting training to the team members in all aspects of product development and related documentation.
Regular visit to production sites to supervise scale up batches.
Adhering to design and development plan of each project.
