Head/VP/GM-CFO/Financial Controller work is Establish and implement short- and long-range financial and accounting goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and operational plans, projects, programs, and systems
The job-holder is required to lead all Finance activity, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements, adding value to the strategic direction, planning, budgeting and performance of the bank.
The job-holder is responsible for the overall MIS, with overall knowledge of operations, control and maintenance of the accounting & financial reporting systems and processes, for the preparation and accuracy of its financial / management reports and for comprehensive analyses of performance. He is also responsible for Strategic Plan preparation of Saudi Arabia operations.
