Head/VP/GM-Operations Work is to First line supervisor over the daily operations of a small technology work unit in a specialized
area such as first and second level support for PC/LAN/ WAN, Computer Operations, etc.
Directs staff to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies. Resolves problems of limited scope where analysis of situation or data requires review of identifiable factors.
Manages primarily non-exempt staff and may manage some lower-level exempt staff.
