Head/VP/GM-Private Equity/Hedge Fund/VC work is Experience in Managing the Hedge Fund Accounting Functions ,Equities, Mutual funds, Fixed income Securities, Derivatives, Accounting of Trade, Shareholder Transactions , Ensure that all data is received such that a high percentage of transactions are recorded before the NAV date, Accounting all corporate actions using Bloomberg,Valuation of securities using Bloomberg, Reconciliation of balances with brokers, banks and other counterparts, Ensure accrual of all expenses and income for NAV period,Calculation of NAV, Preparation of Proof package in support of NAV generated with very good Man Management and Leadership skills.
