Head/VP/GM-Production work is The SVP IT will lead a team of IT professionals and actively interface with all business and support units in the Bank to ensure usage of appropriate technology options for ensuring smooth and cost-efficient operations resulting in high quality customer service.
The role includes:
IT Budgeting & Planning including headcount, capex & operating cost management and control;
Design and development of enterprise IT architecture, roadmap and strategy;
Establishing and developing strong relationships with the business units in the bank;
Design / develop / deliver solutions for ensuring business-IT alignment at all times;
Develop Service Metrics benchmarked to the industry;
Define / implement IT processes & policies for effective controls, security, project management etc.
Define IT governance standards for identification, management and control of operational risks;
Provision of IT Application services within agreed SLAs including project management; business / system analysis and design; vendor management; product evaluations and procurement; software development, maintenance and customization; quality assurance services; change management, version control and configuration management; IT Application Helpdesk management; end-user training for software applications etc.
Management and delivery of IT Infrastructure and related services within agreed SLAs pan-bank including asset evaluation / procurement; vendor management; network management; data centre management; system and database administration; storage management; IT Infrastructure Helpdesk management; Facility Management and End-User support ; E-mail / Anti-Virus management etc.
Management of IT Security, enterprise application integration and data migrations
