Head/VP/GM-Quality work is
Responsible for end to end Service Delivery, P&L for the Datacenter vertical of ITIS business.
Revenue responsibility in the range of USD 20-60 Mn per annum. Also responsible for active participation in business development, Solutioning
Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the Datacenter services vertical
Provide leadership for various process, continuous improvement and service transformation initiatives
Provide technical support as a final point of mentor the technical team for high availability with highescalation and productivity. Be a subject matter expert for all technologies deployed in the project
Responsible for people management with specific reference to managing the growth and development of the people working in the team
Implement performance standards and measurements established by Operations Maturity teams to manage ongoing service delivery and attain delivery efficiency.
