Optimize the logistics spend & also provide better Service levels to Plants & Customers
Develop long term relationship & consolidate the current networks with service providers.
Incorporate concepts on 3-PL & logistic planning & also enhance value to the businesses.
Provide leadership & is able to lead a cross functional team across Corporate, Regional offices (Mumbai, Kandla ,Mundra ) & also provide better visibility
