To assist in preparing the annual department budget and ensure that the revenue targets are achieved and all the costs are well controlled
To ensure that only the best possible materials are used for skin and beauty treatments
To train all new staff to provide the services available or the beauty salon menu as per standards and specifications
�To maintain good working relationships with colleagues, and all other departments
To be updated in the latest trends in beauty treatments and products available in the market for the use in the salon
Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
Orients employees to the department and hotel and provides on-the-job training on job responsibilities
To identify market needs and launch appropriate services to fill the gaps.
At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public
Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by your Department Head, the General Manager or his/her designate.
