Information system(MIS)-Mgr work is
Managing the testing stream of Production Services Lending and Client Technology.
Manage Testing delivery for a Program / Project and play the role of Test manager (Estimation, Test planning, coordination, task allocation, task review, reporting, and escalation management).
Developing Test Strategy / Test plans at Program / Project level.
Coordinate with Project managers/Program managers to ensure meeting project/program requirements including communication with Business teams / BA teams.
Ensure that project testing is being managed as per plan including reporting/tracking of defects till closure. Responsibility of the Manager to line manage staff and provide and efficient testing function to various groups.
Guide the testing team in all aspects of testing. Managing automated testing using tools, as per project requirements. Monitor and manage the performance of team resources including RBS and third-party resources, including intervention and escalation, as required.
System Testing Ensure that organization processes are followed by testing team and reporting status (weekly / monthly reports) as per requirements.
Ensure usage of resources made available. To develop the team in terms of Technical, Domain knowledge as well as guiding Team leads in managing the team.
Support enhancement through training, knowledge management.
Manage the Testing team allocated based on organisation requirements (Recruitment, Team management, participation in senior management meetings, Reporting, Performance management).
