Instructional Designer work is
Create development and overall resource and work plan per project budget and schedule constraints
Create use cases and product flows in response to Software Requirements documentation.
Develop, review, and obtain approval of technical requirements and technical design documents as needed Engage and manage functional team members in UI, technical and instructional design, as necessary.
Engage and manage outside technical development vendors.
Collaborate with Business Units to develop the technical requirements for staging and production environments.
Ensure the maintenance of development environments as needed through the duration of the project.
With QA and Development managers, develop budget and infrastructure design based on development and QA requirements.
Manage day-to-day activities.
Serve as key collaborator with the software development team, providing input on technical matters, as well as general strategic issues. Attend outside vendor training Other tasks as needed.
