Instructional Designer work is
Formulates & Manages the deployment of and promotes, quality management practices & methods, throughout the TTSL Function. Responsible for investigation, selection and facilitation of existing and new quality methods and tools for wider use. Assures compliance to in-house andor external specifications and standards e.g. ISO regulations. May support and coach other quality specialists.Key contributor to processes, quality and programme. Executes and/or oversees processes to meet customer needs. Responsible for analysis, design & development of policies, plans, programs. Acts with independence and discretion. Develops appropriate solutions.
