Install and upgrade network operating system and application software and hardware.Monitor the network on a daily basis including traffic and performance optimization.Create and maintain network user, work groups and servers (printer, communication etc.)Making Inventory computers /laptop/ printer/ scanner/ other assets up to date.Backup network and restore when required.Troubleshoot network hardware & software problems.Installing & Administration of network & VPN.Design and develop LAN / WAN daily traffic and performance.Design, implement and monitor LAN/ WAN security, controls, backup and disaster recovery plan.Monitor remote access capabilities, electronic gateways and related security.Design and develop internet connectivity and performance.
Design, implement and monitor firewall security.Weekly checking of all computers in their respective plant.SAP Basis Support.Troubleshooting & Maintenance of PCs.Coordinating with SAP support team at HO to all the problems faced in the plant.
