IT/Networking-Manager is strong Telecom project delivery background in OSS/BSS Support - Managed end-to-end implementation / support of atleast 3 Telecom projects across Billing, OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, Mediation, Provisioning, etc. 2. This role is similar to that of IT-Head with additional responsibilities of managing a Data Centre for a Telecom Service Provider for Pan India operations - Should have domian expertise with respect to telecom service provider business 3.Manage the day to day operational issues of Telecom service Providers data Center management with respect to OSS/BSS Applic ations stack and infrastructure 4.Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of the project, clarify the system specification, understand their work practices and the nature of their business 5.Responsible for managing the customer accounts in terms of SLA delivery, Customer satisfaction, Customer reviews, renewals/ enhancement of business Manage and supervise assigned ope rations 6.Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements.
