Enforce AOL style and brand voice guidelines for Help (customer support).
Identify and correct spelling, punctuation, grammatical and semantic inconsistencies.
Measure and improve content effectiveness and usability.
Train, coach and mentor writers.
Benchmark in-house style guides, content development practices, and quality metrics with industry and competition.
Recommend and implement content layout and presentation formats to delight consumers of AOL Help.
