Junior Assistant work is He would be helping our Client in preparing the QC tools and production processes which they are currently maintaining and runs for development by Sys Dev into supported applications.
He should be able to reverse engineer client's tools and write specification documents based on what the tools do (these tools are written in basic SQL and basic VBA, generally).
He should be able to guide the team members in operational matters, able to visualize the requirements and help junior team members to create an understanding.
