Legal Officer Work is to Recommending Suitable Legal Action To initiate Arbitration proceedings and refer the disputes to the Arbitrator in order to protect the interest of the bank. To apply the provisions relating to SARFAESI ACT wherever possible to get back our Asset. To file legal cases in order to get the speedy remedy in case of breach in respect of which the Bank is exposed to higher risks and accumulates non performing Assets.
