Maintenance Engineer work is
There is an opening for a Technical Writer to join the world class Synopsys engineering team based in Bangalore, India. You will contribute to the continuing success of the leading portfolio of interconnect IP used by all of the leading chip design companies. The successful applicant will work on Ethernet and/or USB protocols along with Verification IP documentation.
Responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing DesignWare IP databooks, user guides, application notes and bug descriptions. Researches engineering documentation such as technical design specifications, design diagrams and IEEE specifications with design engineers. Helps coordinate the layout and manual organization. Acquires, creates and organizes basic source material, including applicable specifications, examples, engineering write ups, and diagrams or illustration. Expected to apply technical writing/editing to projects with little guidance, and implement these independently. Writes or edits small to medium sized product features, or usage documentation of moderate complexity. Works with other writers or editors, managers, application and design engineers across product teams. Sets task-level goals and consistently meet schedules.
