Microbiologist Work is to The primary areas of responsibility within Serology,Immunology, Clinical Microbiology & Molecular Biology
The secondary areas of responsibility would be to assist Vice President - CRL in his duties
Define, implement and monitor standards of performance and quality improvement of the departments under his purview
Ensure test procedures are done properly
Implement the quality management system as relevant to the laboratory sections under his charge.
Participate in educational programs for the medical and laboratory staff and participate in educational programs of the institution.
Update and review on a timed basis all SOPs and QA manuals relevant to departments under his care.
Provide on job training on new SOPs & Equipment relevant to departments in his charge
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of staff safety practices
