Operations Mgr work is to This role reports into the Line Manager, Markets Operations. This position manages and leads a team who support the complex, in depth one off structured sales & trading activities of the Markets business or leads a large team, and assumes responsibility for the timely and accurate processing, confirmation, and settlement and reconciliation activities within Markets Operations.
Major Responsibility Area:
Customers first
Focus on delivery of capabilities that improve the Customer service environment and business performance.
The ability to follow an issue through to completion ensuring all facets have been identified and thoroughly reviewed.
