Participating in the full life cycle of a client product implementation, which may include business analysis, technical requirements gathering and specification, software installation, system configuration, product design and customization, enterpise application integration, and solution testing.
Implementation of solutions within customer environments (installation, configuration, data transformations, etc.)
Troubleshoot errors, performance, security and configuration issues encountered by customers during implementation.
Extract, manipulate, clean and import data from customer source systems
Consult with and train clients.Support clients by email, phone and on-site.
Assist the project manager to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and exceeds the client's expectations.
