The primary functions of this position include project management, client management and team leadership. This position requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise in Sapient�s capabilities to successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams of people to deliver integrated client solutions. The most typical project roles for the Manager, Program Management are Track Lead (TL), which usually consists of leading tracks of work (3-8 people) as part of a larger project, and Project Manager (PM), which consists of leading project teams of 15-25 people.
