Designing and coding which includes getting the coding reviewed, carry out feature enhancement and bug fixes, writing internal specification (design specs and test plans) and user documentation.Interaction with the customer to understand problems and requirements at the same time articulate how solution can be structured to address them.Lead and participate in a multidisciplinary team environment and abide by the team guidelines,Follow and contribute to quality processes and undertake any other task as allotted.
Perform process analysis, design, integration, testing, implementation, documentation.Engineer must have creativity, innovation and ability to work in a fast- paced environment.Should be conversant with business process analysis and modeling.Should have extensive knowledge & experience on one programming language.
Exposure to package implementation/ roll out methodology.
