Project Lead work is
Project Leader for RTL2GDS Backend activities.
Responsible for Integration of MAGMA tools into INWAY flow.
Responsible for creation, implementation and testing of new proposals for RTL2GDS flow.
Responsible for providing QoR analysis for newer versions of tools
Coordination and follow up of customer requests on design system
Communication between user and development team on design system topics
Provide Mentoring / Guidance for junior member of the team.
Working closely with KERNEL Team for new feature integration / New requirements etc.
