Project Mgr-IT/Software Work is The overall management and control of resources required to provide an efficient and cost-effective information systems delivery service to users customers clients, which is continuously responsive to changing business and user requirements.
Understanding business needs of the customer and translating these into opportunities
Supports all commercial activities of the contract
Reports and reviews delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Develops and manages improvement plans projects
Implements monitoring and reporting in delivery performance and service levels.
Handling and resolving escalation and mobilize required resources to meet the defined objectives as per agreed SLA.
