Manage material submittals and site inspections with consultant and client representatives.Implementation of project quality plans, ITP�s, method statements and SOP�s.Carry out routine testing and inspection activities for incoming materials at sites and prepare and update related records i.e IR, RFI, NCR etc.
Maintain status log of all project NCR�s and ensure corrective actions and preventive actions are taken timely.
Minimize the project NCR�s to zero by applying internal quality control system and implementing internal checklists as per QMS requirements.Ensure that all engineering activities are being carried out as per contract specifications by frequently visiting the sites.Monitoring the status of instrument calibration and keep all instruments calibrated either internally or externally.
