Security Mgr work is Training security staff of different warehouses,monitoring personnels, ensuring safety & security of all employees, inventory and property.
Handle investigations and report all claims regarding thefts, accidents, injury, property damage, vandalism and trespassing by any staff member or outsider and liaise with local police as necessary.
Monitor safety devices at different locations for emergency readiness and train the security staff for maximum patrol coverage of the warehouse.
Implement operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and fire fighting, guarding and patrolling duties.
Conduct vulnerability assessment to identify potential risk areas and liability factors, proposing corrective measures wherever necessary.
Take a hands on approach to the supervision of all security personnel in the performance of their duties and ensure they comply with all approved policies, procedures and all applicable laws.
