To create solution architecture for potential new clients & existing clients/projects in the space of J2EE.To underwrite technology solutions (new and exiting/running) on behalf of the practice
To work with sector leads to create business/sector specific solution blueprints & frameworks.- To proactively look at emerging technologies and sales pipeline and work towards capability development of J2EE workforce. To assimilate & evolve best practices in/from current engagements; enforce the same in new engagements.To work on technology frameworks geared towards reuse within and across business verticals - evolve & establish frameworks
