All Information about the Role of Service Delivery Manager

Make personal efforts and support in the development of India GSDC Meeting the target dates, commitments and quality objectives. Focus on Business Control postures for GSDC. Take personal initaitive and provide support on SACA audit through implementation of allocated work, process and procedures on time. Put efforts to achieve overall GSDC goal of Marginal rating for SACA audit. Attend regular meetings with SO management team from other geographies for successful transition of services to Bangalore. Follow with Team leaders that they are also regularly in contact with their account Team leads. Make all efforts to have regular meetings - Daily work stream call, weekly TL meetings, weekly scorecard meeting for various projects, monthly service delivery review with second line managers, and quarterly Business Controls review. Prepare Customer plans for existing and new clients with L1 Mgrs .
