Team Lead/Tech Lead work is
The position is responsible for maintaining the day to day Quality Center environments, such as creating new users, monitoring all application logs, sending backup requests, planning and performing upgrade, patches or enhancements etc. It�s also responsible for handling user requests, resolving user issues including but not limited to creating new projects, adding users to projects, providing best practice recommendations. This position requires experience with the tools, as well as a thorough understanding of the interoperability between the various operating systems, security, network, storage and change control procedures.
