Core Tasks
Help to establish and then operate a framework to provide timely and relevant customer, sector and competitor intelligence research function. Put in place all necessary processes and tools to facilitate this.Act as the key interface for other teams, especially Major Enterprise Marketing (both HQ & country teams), Bid Management & Sales.
Monitor, prioritise and schedule the flow of work into the Marketing Analysts, in addition to being actively involved in the production of reports, with the ability to cover for either Marketing Analyst.
Oversee the production of regular Customer, Sector and Competitor Intelligence reports. Ensure that these are distributed to the right users and that there is a mechanism in place to monitor and report on their usefulness.Act as the day-to-day manager for the 2 Marketing Analysts
Provide quarterly management information reports which show:Amount of time spent on regular, scheduled reports vs. ad-hoc requests.Amount of time spent on ADPs vs. Competitor Intelligence vs. Sector research vs.Customer research, etc (essentially how much time spent on each area)Amount of time spent providing information to support bids (which and was there value to COLT)
