The primary responsibility of the Partner Support Associate is to provide the program support and services to the Partners throughout the entire partnership lifecycle this includes but not limited to: pre-program inquiries, on-boarding into the program, continuous partner support & internal processing of SAP software licenses & agreements. Additionally the Partner Support Associate must be able to understand the partner inquiries, navigate the SAP network of people and resources to identify and communicate applicable solutions, and to capture and those into common information material that can be re-used with prospective and current partners.
