Experience : 4-8yrs

Technical Skills:
J2EE,Jsp, servlets, Struts or EJB
(weblogic or websphere) or Swing Java fundamentals . Atleast one
project should have worked end to end on the above skills Database:
Oracle or Sybase...
Should have real time experience in EJB and struts.
Must have an excellent communication skills.
Should be flexible to take up face to face interview.
