Telephone Troubleshooting, Tamberg (Video Conference System) Troubleshooting, and the deep knowledge is not much required The candidate should have the skills of basic trouble shooting
The flow of work will be customer complaints any problem
The candidate should identify the problem if he is able to solve the problem he should do it
English/Japanese bilingual preferred
