1.Adhere to organization's PM practice to manage multiple projects
2.Pre-sales functional & technical support for defining scope, solution,
R & D and effort estimation
3.Client relationship management (repeat business from same client)
4.Requirement gathering, study, analysis and documentation
5.Propose approach, solution and technical architecture design
6.Define project milestones, delivery schedule and detailed project plan
7.Resource planning, allocation & Training
8.Manage projects adhering to proposal/contract for scope, quality,
risks, change & budget
9.Liaise with SQA for QA and tests plans and organizing formal project
code reviews
10.Monitor & control design, development, unit & integrated testing and
delivery phases
11.Define development setup, system configuration, release plans
12.Conduct formal PSR meetings internal/external and publish the report
to stake holders
13.Review deliverables (SRS, Project Plan, Design, Code, Test Cases,
Release notes)
14.Project milestone closures, client expectation management for
deliverables
15.Raise invoices and follow up for collections
16.Motivate & Mentor team members, plan performance evaluations and
appraisals
17.Liaise with HR for recruitment and resource planning
18.Liaise with SQA for process review, audit and improvements
19.Defining Growth & Training Plans for the team with CTO / Head
