-Ability to test web based applications & projects
-Ability to test multiple projects & interact with the developer
-Must be able to follow the entire bug lifecycle on a bug tracking system
-Should be able to visualize and write System Test Cases

-Must have a Comp. Science background
-Certification on Testing a BIG PLUS
-Must be capable of managing work very well with mutiple developers
-Must be Excellent at visualizing Test Scenarios
-Must have good written English communication skill
