1. Software Test Engineer:
Experience: 1 - 4 years
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and responsibilities:
� Should be able to conduct team meetings, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point.
� Ability to develop and execute performance test cases.
� Analyze the test execution reports and report them
� Analyze the test execution reports, suggest changes to help improve.
� Ability
to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from
performance view point and act as a guide/mentor for talented
individuals.
Skills required/background:
� Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects.
� Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language.
� Proven expertise either in Web Technologies (.NET, C# and SharePoint), Client/Server or different flavors of UNIX.
� Should posses a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college.
2. Team Leader - Manual Testing
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and responsibilities:
� Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort.
� Motivate and inspire team members.
� Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
� Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
� Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.
Skills required/background:
� Experience of being worked in at least 3-6 performance testing projects.
� Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language.
� Proven expertise either in Web Technologies (.NET, C# and SharePoint), Client/Server or different flavors of UNIX.
� Should posses a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college.
3. Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and responsibilities:
� Writing design software specification.
� Coding, unit testing and hardware integration testing.
� Design and implementation of complex SW, including development of low level device drivers.
� Ability
to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from
performance view point and act as a guide/mentor for talented
individuals.
Skills required/background:
� With .Net/C# and general software and system development practices at least 3-6.
� Experience with deployed carrier class software and systems.
� Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills and team oriented.
� BSC/BCA/MSC/BE Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience 2+ years embedded systems experience.
