Job Description
- Candidates should have excellent Communication in English as they
would have to interface UK based customers for Level 2 Technology
support.
- Some experience in Application monitoring and trouble shooting in
24x7 environment in the following technologies is desired.
- conversant with administration and configuration of Cisco (or similar) products;
- Excellent understanding on LAN/WAN/ Voice/ Hosting Infrastructure Support
- MCSE/MCP/ CCNA/CCNP Certification
- Preferably a Telecom Graduate with exposure in a technology Support Center.
-All positions would need to work in rotational 24*7 shifts.
-Based on the Training given to the candidates there could be a possibility of Service Agreements for 2 years.
- Preferably with 2 years plus experience in a similar environment for the L2 positions.
- 3 to 6 years of experience for the L3 positions.
- At least 34 years of relevant team lead experience for Team lead positions.
- Trainers need to have relevant training exposure in similar technologies
